Own end-to-end product design for funnel surfaces (search, product info, checkout, post-booking), delivering measurable lifts in conversion and repeat behavior.. Lead discovery for domestic & regional traveler segments: conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and task studies; synthesize insights into opportunities and JTBD.. Drive benchmarking at scale: analyze competitors and industry trends, produce structured insights, and translate them into product ideas with clear business impact.. Translate strategy into artifacts (flows, IA, wires, UI, prototypes) and detailed specs; ensure design quality through delivery.. Advance and maintain our design system, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and localization across web + app.. Communicate design decisions and trade-offs clearly; mentor a junior/mid designer and raise the bar for craft, critique, and documentation.. 5–7+ years in product/UX design with a portfolio of shipped work on complex flows (search, checkout, account, payments).. Strong in interaction design and service thinking across the full product lifecycle, not just UI polish.. Proficient with Figma; skilled in prototyping and writing clear handoff specs.. Familiar with . data dashboards. (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, etc.) and using them to evaluate design performance.. Evidence of running or partnering on . UX research. , including customer interviews, and turning insights into decisions.. Excellent communication and stakeholder management; proven ability to mentor/design-lead.. Nice to Have. Experience in OTA/e-commerce funnels, especially checkout, pricing, or post-purchase UX.. Exposure to . loyalty mechanics. and . customer profile design. (account, personalization, repeat-use flows).. Experience scaling or contributing to a . design system. with accessibility and localization in mind.. Ability to do . self-serve data analysis.
