Home Care Scheduler (Spanish Speaking) at ReWorks Solutions. Job Title: Home Care Scheduler (Spanish Speaking). Job Type: Full-Time, Remote. Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST). Key Responsibilities. Coordinate and manage daily and weekly caregiver schedules . Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, and client needs . Communicate with caregivers regarding shift confirmations, changes, and updates . Liaise with clients and families to confirm schedules and address concerns . Handle last-minute call-offs and find suitable replacements promptly . Maintain accurate scheduling records in the system . Ensure authorized hours are scheduled appropriately and efficiently . Monitor overtime and manage staffing levels accordingly . Collaborate with HR and operations regarding staffing needs . Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Fluency in . Spanish and English. (verbal and written) . Previous scheduling or coordination experience (home care/healthcare preferred) . Strong organizational and multitasking skills . Excellent communication and customer service abilities . Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent changes . High attention to detail . Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) . Experience with scheduling software is an advantage . Company Location: South Africa.
