Work closely with Risk, Data, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams . Adapt proven international lending practices to the Nigerian market . 4–7 years of Product Management experience . Strong background in . digital lending for SME / B2B clients. . Experience in international markets (Europe, LatAm, SEA, USA, UK, Russia, etc.) . Solid understanding of risk frameworks, scoring, underwriting, and portfolio metrics . Proven track record of scaling lending products . Strong stakeholder management skills .
