Key Responsibilities. . Confidently handle pricing objections and guide leads to trial or paid plans . . Maintain GoHighLevel CRM (pipelines, tags, automations) .. Convert inbound and outbound leads via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone in 3 languages . . Build and refine follow-up sequences and pre-churn outreach . . Send payment links, enroll new members, and manage PushPress data . . Coordinate social media content (clips, posts, tagging) with coaches via Slack . . Manage member communications during price changes or software transitions . . Track key KPIs: close rates, churn, book-to-show ratios . . Must-Haves. . Native-level . Brazilian Portuguese. , strong .
