What you’ll do:. . Organizing and managing onboarding processes for new team members. . Making sure newcomers feel welcome and supported from day one. . Assisting with internal communications and participating in team check-ins or 1:1s when needed. . Helping improve HR processes and documentation as the team grows. . Acting as a positive and approachable point of contact for team members. . Support project managers in coordinating team members for company projects. . . We think you’ll be great at this role if you have:. . 0.5 to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment or a similar field. . Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1+) and Ukrainian. . Good organizational and time management skills. . Attention to detail and a responsible attitude. . Desire to learn and grow in HR, especially in the AI space. . . It’s a plus if you have:. . Previous experience in IT or service company. . Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus. . Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems. . A people-oriented mindset and love for teamwork. . . Working at Label Your Data includes:. .
