Key Responsibilities:. . Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver. . . Create and execute end-to-end test cases for UI, API, and backend services using full-stack QA strategies. . . Lead the design and implementation of scalable . RPA solutions. to automate manual business processes. . . Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA leads to understand requirements and convert them into automated tests. . . Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and maintain test data, environments, and version control. . . Perform root cause analysis on defects and drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies. . . Mentor junior QA engineers and review code/test scripts for best practices and standards compliance. . . Work in Agile/Scrum development cycles, providing input into estimation, planning, and retrospectives. . . Required Skills and Qualifications:. . 7–10 years of experience in QA automation with a strong understanding of . software testing life cycle (STLC). . . . Expertise in . Java automation frameworks. (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Gradle). . . Hands-on experience with . Selenium WebDriver. for web UI automation. . . Proven experience in . Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation and backend testing. . . Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). . . Solid understanding of Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools. . . Knowledge of REST APIs and API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured. . . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. . . Preferred Qualifications:. . Experience with performance/load testing tools is a plus. . . Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for testing and deployment. . . ISTQB or equivalent QA certification. . .
