In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations by keeping case files organized, tracking important deadlines, and preparing professional correspondence. You’ll collaborate with team members to collect information, maintain accurate records, and provide consistent updates that keep cases moving forward.. Log and organize new cases within 24 hours of assignment. . . Maintain accurate and complete electronic and physical records. . . Prepare professional correspondence, forms, and simple reports with zero errors. . . Track and monitor deadlines; proactively notify team members and confirm follow-up actions. . . Communicate with stakeholders to gather missing documents or clarify details. . . Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards at all times. . . Provide weekly updates to team leads with accurate case status reporting. . . Suggest process improvements that increase consistency and reduce errors. . . Must-Haves for the Role. . Minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management support, legal administration, or client services. . . Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proven attention to detail. . . Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal. . . Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database tools. . . Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. . . Reliable wired internet connection (25 Mbps+) and a tested backup option (e.g., hotspot or generator). . . Availability to work full-time during Pacific Standard Time hours. . Nice-to-Haves for the Role. . Experience in legal, medical, or insurance case management environments. . .
