Provide outstanding end-user support to Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.. . Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a range of technical issues related to software and hardware.. . Document support requests and customer interactions accurately in our ticketing system.. . Educate end users on software functionalities and best practices for troubleshooting.. . Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues that require more advanced solutions.. . Maintain knowledge of product updates and best practices to deliver optimal support.. . . Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.. . Previous experience in end-user support or technical assistance roles is highly desirable.. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.. .
