Own the performance tracking and resolution of high-priority customer accounts.. . Define and teach remote performance monitoring methods, partnering closely with engineering and field teams.. . Serve as a key escalation point by conducting on-site visits and field tests to assess, troubleshoot, and improve product reliability.. .
