Accountabilities:. . Deliver hands-on support for robotic-assisted surgical procedures and clinical education to physicians and hospital staff.. . Conduct product training, in-services, and technical troubleshooting to support product adoption and confidence.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Clinical, and Professional Education to facilitate seamless training and support.. . Assist with on-site installations, software updates, and maintenance of robotic systems.. . Respond to customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams to improve product performance.. . Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation per quality and safety standards.. . Travel frequently to client sites, providing high-level clinical and technical support nationwide.. . .
