Drive regional franchise growth by managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, presentations, follow-ups, and closing.. . Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to present franchise opportunities, including tours and Discovery Day events.. . Partner with the Regional Vice President to align on strategic goals and execution across the region.. . Identify and evaluate new rental locations for prospective franchisees.. . Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.. . Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, and external franchise development events—domestically and internationally.. . Collaborate with business brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to generate new leads and affiliations.. . Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize conversions and meet growth targets.. . . Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience accepted (1–3 years in sales, franchising, or related fields).. .
