Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments.. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.. Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.. Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to promote job openings and brand awareness.. Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking data and reports.. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.. 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.. Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and best practices.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers..
