Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to execution, monitoring, and post-project review.. . Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and proactive cost control.. . Create and maintain realistic project schedules, monitoring internal and external factors to ensure on-time delivery.. . Define and maintain project scope, preventing scope creep while keeping leadership informed of necessary changes.. . Guide multiple teams responsible for different project sections, providing leadership, coaching, and oversight.. . Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders engaged and informed of project progress and potential issues.. . Promote a positive employee experience through team development, coaching, and collaboration.. . . Candidates should have:. . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.. . 8+ years of relevant engineering experience, including 2+ years in team management or project leadership.. . Strong knowledge of engineering principles, operational design, and project management practices.. . Experience with installation and construction project scheduling, contract administration, and interpreting national codes and standards.. . Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.. . Knowledge of engineering economics and ability to apply sound engineering judgment to complex problems.. . Willingness to travel up to 50% for collaboration across locations.. .
