In addition to managing a talented team, you’ll be hands-on with paid media, analytics, and experimentation, leveraging cutting-edge tools to optimize conversion and pipeline acceleration. Lead the development and execution of a full-funnel demand generation strategy, spanning paid search, social, programmatic, and retargeting channels.. . Own campaign design, budget allocation, testing frameworks, and performance tracking (CAC, CPL, ROAS, pipeline).. . Oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives including onboarding, nurturing, retention, and re-engagement through behavior-based automation and segmentation.. . Drive funnel optimization by partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing on testing and attribution strategies.. . Guide event marketing strategy and execution across industry conferences, VIP events, and partner activations.. . Use data platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to deliver actionable insights and improve attribution.. . Lead a growing marketing team, fostering individual development and aligning performance with strategic goals.. . Collaborate with content, brand, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration.. . Promote innovation by exploring emerging tools and channels, and leveraging proprietary technology to maximize efficiency.. . . 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or ecommerce marketing, with a strong background in paid media and performance strategy.. . Proven success driving revenue through digital campaigns and full-funnel marketing.. . Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms, with knowledge of attribution modeling and conversion optimization.. . Proficiency in marketing and analytics platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.. . Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate large data sets into actionable marketing strategies.. . Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.. . Experience managing direct reports and coordinating with external agencies or vendors.. .
