Accountabilities:. . Lead and optimize all critical HR operational functions including benefits, compensation, HRIS, compliance, and employee relations.. . Build a robust HR analytics capability to drive data-informed decision-making across the employee lifecycle.. . Design and implement job architecture frameworks and career ladders across departments.. . Develop impactful employee recognition programs aligned with company values and goals.. . Streamline HR processes for scalability, user experience, and efficiency—including hiring velocity and performance review frameworks.. . Provide hands-on leadership to a high-performing People Operations team, mentoring team members and aligning priorities with strategic goals.. . . 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 3–5 years in senior leadership roles, ideally within scaling startups (300–1000+ employees).. . Strong global HR expertise across regulatory frameworks, compliance, and international team management.. . Hands-on experience leading HR functions through M&A events, including integration of acquired teams.. . Proven ability to use HR data and metrics to influence business decisions and optimize operations.. . Deep understanding of job architecture and career progression design.. .
