Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned business units or groups, influencing talent acquisition strategies.. . Design and execute targeted recruitment plans to attract specialized mortgage talent.. . Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.. . Provide expert advice on talent acquisition best practices, coaching hiring managers and recruitment teams.. . Analyze sector trends and talent market data to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.. . Lead and participate in change management and communication plans related to talent initiatives.. . Develop regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards to track recruitment performance and business impact.. . Typically 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.. . Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.. .
