Responsibilities. . Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to high-end coffee machines.. . Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to customers.. . Document customer interactions and feedback to drive product and service improvements.. . Stay knowledgeable about coffee trends, machine capabilities, and brewing techniques to enhance customer engagement.. . Collaborate with technical support teams as needed to resolve complex inquiries.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.. .
