Provide crucial administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating effective communication in Dutch.. . Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintain an efficient electronic filing system.. . Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members, ensuring everything runs smoothly.. . Approach daily tasks with a proactive mindset and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.. . Build and maintain effective communications with clients and vendors in Dutch to ensure outstanding service.. . Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and contribute to various ongoing projects.. . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus..
