We’re looking for a tech-savvy, execution-driven HubSpot CRM & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help fuel our sales pipeline and CRM performance. This is a hybrid role blending CRM management and manual lead generation. You'll ensure our HubSpot CRM is well-organized, automated, and insight-driven while running outbound lead generation campaigns across email and LinkedIn. You’ll collaborate closely with both Sales and Marketing to turn prospects into conversations—and conversations into clients.. Key Responsibilities:. Hubspot CRM & Automation (50%). . Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, lifecycle stages, and workflows. . Build and maintain email sequences, newsletters, CTAs, and landing pages. . Segment, score, and tag leads based on behavior and fit. . Create performance dashboards and reports for sales and marketing teams. . Keep contact records clean and organized, removing duplicates and applying accurate tagging. .  . Manual Lead Generation (50%). . Build high-quality B2B lead lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, or Clay. . Launch and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. . Track outreach results and responses inside HubSpot. . Collaborate with Sales team to handoff qualified leads or book calls. . Continuously optimize targeting and outreach copy based on performance. . . What Success Looks Like in This Role. . The Sales team has a clean pipeline and receives a steady flow of warm leads every week. . The Marketing team has clean contact lists that support well-targeted, responsive campaigns. . Manual work is reduced through effective use of automations and workflows. . Lead generation efforts are measurable, scalable, and directly aligned with the company’s growth goals. . Qualifications. :. . Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (Sales & Marketing Hub). . Proven ability to run cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. . Solid understanding of B2B sales pipelines, CRM workflows, and lead scoring. . Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and list-building tools. . Excellent written communication—clear, concise, and conversion-focused. . Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in managing multiple workflows. .
