Source and engage potential candidates using various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.. . Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and compatibility with roles.. . Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.. . Maintain accurate records and updates in our applicant tracking system.. . Support candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing information and guidance in Finnish.. .
