This role will involve overseeing the intricacies of bookkeeping for multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting.. Key Responsibilities:. . Oversee and manage bookkeeping operations for 150–200 virtual clients monthly.. . Complete month-end bank reconciliations and ensure seamless month rollover.. . Review and spot errors in subordinates’ work, providing coaching and quality control.. . Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance for clients in various sectors (non-profits, music academies, construction, real estate, mortgage, etc.).. . Manage and allocate deposits, journal entries, and donor records for non-profit clients.. . Oversee payroll processing using multiple US-based payroll platforms (Gusto, ADP, Netchex, Paychex, Northstar, BambooHR, Sure Payroll).. . Use and manage QuickBooks Online exclusively; certification preferred.. . Handle complex client-specific platforms and workflows, including:. . .
