Provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers in the IT sector via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and provide effective solutions.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.. . Track and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams as needed.. . Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.. . Provide product and service information and keep customers informed about updates.. . Contribute to team goals and share insights to enhance customer experience.. . . Fluent in Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of English is an asset.. .
