Collaborate with global teams, including onsite and offshore consultants, to ensure smooth delivery of SAP projects. . . Translate business needs into effective SAP configurations, customizations, or enhancements. . . Manage . issue resolution. by troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and delivering timely fixes. . . Work on . system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades. to improve SAP performance and align with business needs. . . Support . ongoing projects. by providing technical and functional expertise in SAP modules. . . Ensure all project documentation is clear, concise, and available in both Japanese and English when required. . . Act as a cultural and linguistic bridge between Japanese business teams and global delivery teams. . . Conduct . training sessions and knowledge transfers. for business users and technical teams. . . Key Skills & Qualifications. . . Education:. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. . . . Experience:. Minimum 7+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least one . end-to-end SAP implementation. . . . . SAP Expertise:. . . . Strong hands-on expertise in at least one SAP module (. SD / MM / FI / ABAP. ). . . Cross-functional knowledge across multiple modules is preferred. . . . . Language Proficiency:. . . . . Fluent in Japanese. (spoken and written) – Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) certification is mandatory (N2 or N1 preferred). . . Strong command of English for effective cross-border collaboration. . . . .
