As Lead Product Manager for the Product Core team, you will own the central components and frameworks of a high-growth B2B platform. You will drive innovation in core user-facing applications while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Collaborating closely with product, design, engineering, and customer success teams, you will translate complex customer requirements into elegant, generalized solutions. This role requires balancing technical intuition with customer empathy, prioritizing trust and privacy, and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. Your contributions will directly impact platform quality, adoption, and user experience.. . Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. . Own and enhance the core user-facing application, platform components, and supporting frameworks.. . Evaluate opportunities to drive innovation, simplify workflows, and improve the user experience.. . Lead cross-team initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment and scalability.. . Collaborate with Customer Success to optimize onboarding and adoption, and with Solutions Engineering to support pre-sales initiatives.. . Partner with design, engineering, and architecture teams to make informed trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and user experience.. . Ensure adherence to privacy, accessibility, and compliance standards across core products.. . Mentor and guide other product managers on best practices and strategic approaches.. . . Candidates should have:. . 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology platforms.. . Strong technical intuition combined with customer empathy, capable of anticipating future needs.. . Proven ability to translate complex customer and partner requirements into scalable, developer-facing solutions.. .
