It’s how we connect with the market, scale our message, and drive meaningful conversations at every stage of the funnel.. We’re hiring a Content Engineer to own the systems that turn content into a growth engine—making it faster to create, easier to scale, and better connected to revenue.. You’ll own content as a system, not just copy. From blog posts and landing pages to case studies and video scripts, your job is to structure, automate, and connect content to business outcomes.. This is a practical, high-output role focused on performance, not theory. You’ll report to the Marketing Lead, work closely with Sales and Demand Gen, and collaborate with our Digital Specialist. Your work will improve conversion, increase consistency, and unlock scalable content execution.. Key Responsibilities. . Own the full spectrum of content: blog, landing pages, product pages, AV scripts, case studies, and sales collateral. . Build and optimise content workflows using Notion, Docs, ChatGPT, Jasper, Zapier, and n8n. . Interview Sales and GTM teams to extract insights and build aligned, high-impact content. . Ensure content is evergreen, structured, and clearly connected across funnel stages. . Optimise for SEO and content performance using clear KPIs and analytics. . Apply AI tools and automation to scale production and reduce manual friction. . Contribute to brand positioning and GTM messaging in collaboration with Marketing leadership. . . . Based in Spain with a Spanish working visa in-force. . 3–5 years in B2B SaaS content, content ops, or product marketing. . Strong writing and editing skills, with a strategic mindset and funnel awareness. . Experience building or managing content workflows and automation tools. . Comfortable working across functions with Sales, Design, and Demand Gen. . Fluent in Spanish & English, written and spoken . . Highly organised, independent, and data-driven. .
