With a growing team of 130 and expanding operations, we are strengthening our distribution operations department to deliver for this growing business. . Role Overview . The Distribution Associate plays a key role in supporting the effective, accurate, and compliant day-to-day operation of Releaf’s business activities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role focuses on shop inventory and consumables control; operational coordination between our Pharmacies and Patient Support; interdepartmental, joint venture, third party and supplier communications, and operational process and policy implementation and improvement.. Operating in a fast-paced and regulated environment, the Distribution Associate must be highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive and an excellent communicator. While the role is primarily remote, it includes occasional travel to our pharmacy and other sites to support operational alignment, key relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.. Key Responsibilities . Shop Inventory & Consumables Control . Ordering and tracking of shop stock and consumables ensuring Pharmacy and Shop locations remain up to date with stock levels . Monitor shop stock levels against agreed baselines and proactively flag potential shortages or stock related issues. Ensuring that monthly stock take for shop and consumables take place and are fully reconciled to stock records. Management of day to day shop issues. Responsibility for managing daily shop tasks, including triaging patient issues, dealing with stock, supplier and consumables.. Working with our marketing teams and keeping the shop updated with regard to any promotions and new marketing materials. Operational Coordination & Planning . Managing Patient Support queries with our Pharmacy team, ensuring that issues that are time sensitive and important are prioritised and actioned.. Liaising with our Pharmacy teams daily to manage queries and assist with operational and process issues.. Reviewing dispensing errors and ensuring that best practice processes are adhered to, providing training and policies where required.. Reviewing daily returns ensuring that reships are logged and actioned. . Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows, while balancing urgent and ad hoc operational tasks . To support the Operations Manager in maintaining efficient and effective Pharmacy operations.. Cross-Functional Collaboration . Regular reviewing tasks and liaising with Pharmacy, Patient Support and Resolutions teams, chasing follow ups and identifying solutions. Hold regular operational check-ins with Pharmacy and Shop teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues.. Work closely with Marketing teams to ensure product information and materials are accurate, current, and aligned with available shop stock. Assisting the Operations Manager in the delivering of best in practice processes and training across Pharmacy, Shop, Patient Support and Resolutions teams.. Compliance & Environment . Operate within a regulated, audit ready environment, following defined processes and controls . Maintain accurate documentation and escalate compliance related issues appropriately . Responsible for updating and distributing Thrive documents and policies to Pharmacy, Shop, Patient Support and Resolutions teams. Skills & Competencies . Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy . Proactive, solutions-focused mindset . Strong written and verbal communication skills . Confidence working with operational data, stock figures, and reports . Excel skills, including formulas, reconciliations, and structured reporting. Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment . Experience & Qualifications . 1–3 years’ experience in an operations, supply chain, logistics, or administrative role .   Experience working in a regulated or compliance-focused environment (desirable).
