
Partnership Lead at Swiss Hospitality Company. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Partnerships & Strategic Alliances Lead to spearhead the identification, development, and management of partnerships that align with our core services in training, education, and consulting. . This role will drive collaboration with local and international partners, structure impactful agreements, and ensure partnerships contribute meaningfully to business growth and project success.. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with business owners (Projects, Business Development, etc.) and maintain close coordination with the Executive Office to involve the CEO in key engagements when needed.. 1. Partnership Identification & Outreach. Identify local and international partners aligned with the company’s services in training, education, and consulting.. Evaluate potential collaborations based on strategic fit, service offerings, and added value.. Conduct initial outreach and establish contact with targeted partners.. Schedule and organize introductory meetings and engagement sessions.. 2. Engagement & Alignment. Coordinate and manage meetings with potential partners, ensuring involvement of internal stakeholders as needed.. Align with the Executive Office to schedule CEO participation in high-level discussions.. Gather partner documentation, service proposals, and business terms for review.. 3. Negotiation & Finalization. Obtain quotations and proposals based on internal requests from Projects, BD, or other departments.. Negotiate partnership terms, commercial conditions, and service agreements.. Ensure proposed agreements align with the company's business models and strategic objectives.. Oversee the signing process and ensure all approvals and documentation are completed.. 4. Relationship Management & Follow-Up. Serve as the main point of contact for all active partners.. Maintain organized records of partner interactions, contracts, quotations, and performance metrics.. Track partnership deliverables and follow up on outstanding actions or commitments.. Provide ongoing updates and reports to senior leadership on partnership status and outcomes.. . Strategic thinking and relationship building. .
