The founder and CEO opened his first store in 2004 located inside the Washington Mall. The brand's focus was on providing healthier food and drink options in a quick-serve restaurant model, a concept that was underserved in Bermuda at that time. Its mission is to connect people to wholesome quality nutrition through innovation, education, and creativity while being environmentally conscious.. Duties and Responsibilities. Daily Journal entries to input sales to Quickbooks. Internal controls, eg reviewing reports for voided transactions, cash returns etc. Investigating variances with credit card or cash receipts that have been identified. Monthly update of Health Insurance and Social Insurance excel files to match employer deductions/employer contributions against billing. Inputting Vendor invoices to Quickbooks. Stock input to Lightspeed PoS for inventory control. Monitoring/updating pricing as needed and preparing a schedule to advise the Store Manager of price changes. Knowledge and Experience with Quickbooks is a great advantage. Food Service and/or Retail experience is a plus. Basic accounting knowledge. Understanding accounting best practices. Data entry skills. High attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Produce work with a high level of accuracy. Professionalism and organization skills. Associates degree or at least one year of experience.
