Lead and manage AI data creation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to timelines.. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including workflows, milestones, and resource allocation.. Monitor project scope, communicate updates, and align deliverables with client expectations.. Hire, onboard, and manage annotators and technical teams to meet project-specific requirements.. Guide teams in proper technical setup, workflow execution, and adherence to quality standards..
