In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Training Expertise Center (TEC) programs and new technology education initiatives across the organization. You will design innovative curricula, establish Centers of Excellence, and drive strategic alignment of training programs to advance clinical and operational excellence. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate physician training, implement new modalities, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. This position provides the opportunity to influence training strategy, mentor team members, and deliver impactful educational programs that support the adoption of cutting-edge medical technologies. The role requires travel and offers a dynamic, high-impact environment where innovation and collaboration are central to success.. . Accountabilities:. Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of TEC programs and New Technology training initiatives.. Design and manage curricula for new product introductions, incorporating innovative training modalities such as AI, AR/VR, and telementoring.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, R&D, and global education to ensure alignment and program excellence.. Facilitate physician trainings, establish Centers of Excellence, and maintain consultative relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).. Oversee program operations, including budgets, materials, compliance, and documentation.. Develop metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities.. . Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.. Minimum 5 years of relevant neurovascular business experience in Professional/Commercial Education, Marketing, Sales, or Clinical roles.. Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational learning or education program management.. Strong knowledge of neurovascular products and advanced proficiency in relevant medical technologies.. Proven skills in curriculum design, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.. Excellent communication, presentation, and time management capabilities.. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.. Ability to travel up to 50%, including occasional weekends.. . Company Location: United States.
