In this role, you will tackle both urgent issues and long-term enhancements across the platform, owning projects end-to-end and collaborating across teams. Your work will have a direct impact on user satisfaction, automating workflows, improving features, and removing friction points. Design, develop, and enhance fullstack features across the platform, including PHP backend and React frontend components.. . Deliver rapid, high-quality fixes for urgent user-facing issues.. . Lead cross-functional initiatives, such as platform localization, design system migration, and customizable notifications.. . Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and other teams to identify and resolve customer friction points.. . Automate workflows to reduce support load and empower users.. . Participate in technical discussions, contributing to best practices and raising engineering standards.. . . 3–5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, preferably within SaaS environments.. . Strong proficiency in PHP and React, with confidence across frontend, backend, and integrations.. . Proven ability to debug complex issues and implement pragmatic, customer-focused solutions.. . Curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward action; comfortable working in fast-moving contexts.. . English proficiency at C1 level or above.. .
