You will be responsible for hunting new partners, maintaining existing relationships and actively auditing their internal call centers to ensure our high-intent leads are converted into revenue.. The Opportunity. We are a lean, fast-moving lead generation firm providing high-intent home service leads (Bath, Roofing, Windows) to small and mid-sized US contractors. We don't have a corporate hierarchy, sales support teams, or fancy fluff. We need an Operator—someone who can find the business, close the deal, maintain the relationship and then when needed help the client ensure those leads turn into revenue.. The Role. This is a "Full-Cycle" role. You aren't just selling; you are managing the health of the business:. The Hunt: Proactively identify and cold-prospect Marketing Managers at small and mid-size US home improvement companies.. The Close: Conduct discovery calls and close high-volume, multi-location agreements.. The Nurture (Account Success): You are the primary point of contact. You will build deep rapport with clients, checking in regularly to ensure lead volume and quality are meeting their growth goals. You act as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.. The Audit & Defense (Retention): When a client claims "the leads are bad," you dive into the trenches. You will listen to their call recordings and analyze their process to identify exactly why their agents aren't booking appointments—using data to professionally rebut their claims and coach their team on how to improve.. Key Responsibilities. Relationship Management: Maintain a high-touch "nurture" schedule with your portfolio to prevent churn and identify upsell opportunities.. Reactive Auditing: Perform deep-dive call audits specifically in response to client complaints or performance dips.. Full-Cycle Sales: Manage your own pipeline from initial outreach to close.. Annual Field Presence: Represent the company at 2-3 major US trade shows per year.. Requirements. Native/Near-Native American English: A flawless accent is mandatory to build trust with US marketing leadership.. Valid US B1/B2 Visa: You must currently hold a visa for travel to US conferences..
