Gather, document, and prioritize business and system requirements from stakeholders across Product, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering.. . Create clear and concise documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.. . Translate complex operational needs into technical requirements for development teams.. . Define and document key platform features, including workflows for provider outreach, patient data collection, data quality validation, and compliance tracking.. . Facilitate communication between development and operations teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.. .
