Human Resources Operations Manager at Inatai Foundation. We are hiring a Human Resources Operations Manager to join our expanding team. . The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operational aspects of human resources practices and processes within the foundation. The primary goal of this position is to ensure the HR department effectively supports the Foundation by fostering a positive workplace culture, driving team member engagement, managing recruitment and retention efforts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.   .  . The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to align HR practices with the Foundation’s goals, ensuring that HR initiatives contribute to the success of both building our Strong Culture and the Foundation’s 50-Year Vision. .  . The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. .  . The Olympic Peninsula, with special attention to Jefferson, Clallam, and Grays Harbor counties . North Central Washington, with special attention to Douglas, Chelan, Okanogan, and Kittitas counties . North Eastern Washington, with special attention to Pend Oreille, Stevens, Ferry and Lincoln counties . addition to these regions, we would like to give priority to candidates based in Adams, Asotin, Cowlitz, Lewis, Mason, Skagit, Skamania, and Whitman counties.  . We currently have offices in Seattle and Pasco. Team members connected to an office are expected to work in the office. Team members may be permitted – with supervisor approval – to work remotely up to two days per week. Periodic early morning, evening, and weekend hours will be required, and statewide and regional travel should be expected. . HR Strategy and Organizational Development . Assist in fostering a strong foundation culture and promote engagement initiatives. . Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend HR initiatives. .  . Recruitment and Staffing . Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to hiring. . Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. . Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. .  . Onboarding and offboarding  . Oversee the Foundation’s orientation program. . Review and revise onboarding components on an annual basis. . Manage the offboarding of team members. .  . Performance Review  . Manage the ongoing implementation of the performance review program. . Contribute to the improvement of the performance review process. .  . HR Operations and Compliance  . Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. . Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. . Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. . Provides support and guidance to HR Associates, and team members when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate, confidential circumstances. .  . Organizational Culture   . Build and maintain a calendar of internal foundation culture projects. . Partner with HR Director on the foundations Strong Culture strategy and initiatives. .
