Key Responsibilities: . 1. Sales Development: . - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the software market.. - Conduct market research and analysis to target potential clients. . 2. Client Engagement: . - Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.. - Understand customer needs and tailor software solutions to meet those needs. . 3. Presentations and Demonstrations: . - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. . - Communicate the benefits and features of software products effectively. . 4. Negotiation and Closing: . - Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to close sales deals. . - Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. . 5. Collaboration and Reporting: . - Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies. . - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. . 6. Training and Support: . - Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. . - Stay updated on the latest industry trends and software developments. . Qualifications: . • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience. . • 5+ Years of experience in software sales or related sales experience. . • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. . • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. . • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. .
