We are seeking a highly skilled Advisory – Data Services Senior Consultant to lead and deliver advanced analytics and data integration solutions within complex healthcare environments. In this client-facing role, you will translate strategic business needs into actionable insights, drive high-impact projects, and mentor junior team members. You will collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, balancing technical expertise with advisory leadership, and contribute to the advancement of data-driven transformation. Accountabilities. . Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, translating complex business questions into actionable data and analytics solutions.. . Support end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.. . Collaborate with client stakeholders across clinical, operational, and executive teams to align analytics initiatives with strategic priorities.. . Design, build, and maintain robust data models, dashboards, and analytics frameworks using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.. . Conduct data integration, transformation, and validation across large, complex healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, operational systems).. . Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and professional growth.. . Contribute to project documentation, performance testing, solution governance, and internal process improvement initiatives.. . Bachelor’s degree in data science, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.. . Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence, including client-facing or consulting experience.. . At least 4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI development within healthcare environments.. . Proficiency in SQL, experience with large-scale data sets, and familiarity with Python or R.. . Certification or advanced experience in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.. . Epic certification in one or more modules (Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito, Radar) preferred.. . Strong ability to lead client discussions, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.. .
