As a Staff Software Engineer, DevOps, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of robust, scalable deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure. Accountabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for:. . Developing, maintaining, and improving automated deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows.. . Enabling engineering teams to manage the end-to-end software lifecycle efficiently and reliably.. . Collaborating with engineers to accelerate delivery and ensure quality releases to customers.. . Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure using AWS or other cloud platforms.. . Performing server administration and troubleshooting on Windows and Linux environments.. . Designing and building next-generation DevOps tools to enhance team productivity and system reliability.. . Supporting enterprise software development with best practices for security, scalability, and accessibility.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong DevOps focus.. . Hands-on experience automating builds, deployments, and infrastructure provisioning.. . Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and associated services (S3, Lambda, CloudFront, CloudWatch, EC2, ECS, SNS).. . Proficiency with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, TeamCity, AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Octopus Deploy.. . Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub) including branching strategies and workflows.. . Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.. .
