We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with Fintech Industry experience who can work closely with the engineering team to deliver software testing best practices..  . Responsibilities:. . Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.. . Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test suites to validate software functionality.. . Utilize defect tracking and management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla to report and track issues.. . Participate in CI/CD pipelines, integrating testing suites to support continuous delivery.. . Conduct API testing using tools like Karate to verify backend functionalities.. . Maintain and update automated test scripts to adapt to changes in software features.. . Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues.. . Contribute to improving testing processes and implementing best practices.. . Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across different environments and browsers.. . Support UAT and production release cycles, ensuring seamless deployment and minimal defects.. . Document test evidence and maintain traceability to requirements.. . Requirements:. . Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in automation testing.. . Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.. . Experience in test plan development, test case creation, execution, and reporting.. . Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.. . Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.. . Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.. . Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.. . ISTQB or similar certification is a plus, showcasing a commitment to quality assurance standards.. . Familiarity with automation scripting using Cypress and Selenium, with proven ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts.. . Experience with API testing using tools like Karate is an advantage.. . Proficient in using Cypress and WebdriverIO for front-end and end-to-end test automation.. . Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java-based frameworks.. . Experience working in Agile environments, actively participating in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.. . Skilled in using GitLab and Jenkins for CI/CD integration.. . Solid background in testing both web and mobile applications (Android and iOS).. .  . Additional Requirements:. . Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating testing suites to support continuous integration.. . Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.. . Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.. . Knowledge of network message standards such as AS2805 or ISO standards.. . Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Figma, Miro, and Slack.. . Experience in financial services and fintech domain, with exposure to payment gateways, merchant platforms, and digital wallets.. . Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a remote or hybrid work setup.. . Comfortable with fast-paced startup environments and adapting to changing priorities.. .
