We are looking for a Legal Lead - External Workforce & AI Enabled HR Solutions to our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences. ! This role lasts initially until the end of March 2027 with expected extension, where only a full-time form is available as form of cooperation. . Tasks and Responsibilities: . Act as the primary legal advisor on all External Workforce matters, including worker classification, co-employment risks, tenure rules, and country-specific regulations. . Provide guidance on legal implications of workforce solutions, policies, and program design in collaboration with HR, Procurement, and other stakeholders. . Ensure global and local compliance with labor laws, regulatory updates, and audit requirements. . Oversee legal aspects of supplier agreements, contracting templates, and negotiation guidance for external workforce providers. . Collaborate with Procurement to ensure compliance in the source-to contract lifecycle, including supplier governance and commercial escalations.. Provide legal oversight on AI-enabled HR tools, including workforce classification, sourcing, and HR decision-making workflows. . Assess compliance risks related to AI usage, including data privacy, discrimination, transparency, and explainability. . Serve as a key member in governance forums, steering committees, and cross-functional alignment meetings. . Act as escalation point for audits, classification issues, or policy deviations. . Identify, mitigate, and document legal risks in external workforce operations and AI deployment. . Support global and local audits, risk assessments, and remediation actions. . Contribute to operational efficiency by streamlining legal guidance and accelerating decision-making. . 7+ years of legal experience in labor law, employment regulations, or external workforce governance (in-house or law firm) . Solid knowledge of procurement contracting and commercial negotiations . Ability to assess regulatory implications of HR and workforce policies . Experience with AI implementation from legal, ethical, or compliance perspectives preferred . Strong understanding of global labor regulations and cross-border workforce complexities . Ability to translate legal concepts into operational guidance for HR and business teams . Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across global teams . Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex legal topics for non-lawyers . Analytical mindset and ability to balance compliance with business objectives . Structured, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities concurrently . Master’s degree in law; specialization in labor/employment law preferred .
