Own and optimise product delivery operations across multiple teams to ensure predictable execution, strong cross-functional alignment, and scalable ways of working. The role combines operational ownership with Agile enablement to improve delivery outcomes, not just team practices.. What you'll do. End-to-end ownership of product delivery operations across assigned product areas;. Defining and improving delivery processes, standards, and metrics;. Acting as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks;. Coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Business) to ensure alignment with priorities and roadmaps;. Owning delivery KPIs, dashboards, and reporting used by leadership;. Supporting capacity planning, dependency management, and delivery predictability;. Representing product operations in planning, review, and governance forums.. Agile & ways of working. Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid);. Facilitate key ceremonies and cross-team coordination where needed;.
