
Executive VA for Education at Scale Virtually. The Executive VA for Education serves as the dedicated operational and administrative partner for education reform and financial literacy initiatives. This role provides end-to-end support across podcast production, social media management, website updates, and education-silo calendar and inbox oversight. The VA ensures smooth coordination between guests, team members, and stakeholders; maintains consistent content and brand presence across platforms; and supports research and content preparation for events, media, and advocacy efforts.. Calendar & Inbox Management – Education Silo. ● Monitor and manage email inboxes dedicated to education-related activities, filtering for priority items and ensuring timely follow-ups.. ● Flag and route guest bios, podcast materials, and movement-related communications to the appropriate stakeholders.. ● Schedule meetings, interviews, and events related to Ashley’s education endeavors, confirming details and providing agendas/logistics in advance.. ● Send reminders and coordinate any required materials for scheduled events.. Podcast Management. ● Communicate with guests to confirm booking details, provide preparation materials, and address any special requirements.. ● Prepare guest dossiers by compiling bios, key topics, and suggested talking points, ensuring Ashley is equipped for interviews.. ● Oversee transfer and organization of raw audio/video files, ensuring they are saved in the correct folders and shared with editors or production teams. ● Monitor episode editing, approval, and scheduling to keep. podcast launches consistent and timely.. Social Media Management. ● Plan, create, and schedule daily posts across multiple platforms ensuring content aligns with the education reform and financial literacy brand.. ● Clip short video/audio segments for social media teasers and post with approved captions to drive engagement.. ● Repurpose podcast content into social media materials, including quotes, highlights, and promotional snippets.. ● Maintain a content calendar that balances promotional, educational, and engagement-focused posts.. ● Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages, escalating inquiries when needed and directing followers to the correct resources.. ● Track engagement metrics to help guide future content planning and identify high-performing post types.. Website Updates. ● Update website content related to the education movement, including podcast episodes, news, and calls-to-action.. ● Monitor contact forms and inquiries submitted through the website, responding or routing them appropriately.. Research & Content Support. ● Conduct research on potential podcast guests, education policy updates, and financial literacy topics relevant to the movement.. ● Gather background information and key talking points for upcoming episodes, speeches, or appearances.. ● Compile and maintain organized content archives, ensuring easy retrieval for future use.. General Administrative Support. ● Maintain orderly digital file structures in shared drives for all education movement assets. ● Assist in coordinating with other team members (e.g., Janette, Maddie, editors, etc). ● Provide additional administrative support on special initiatives related to the education reform movement as needed.. Executive Assistant / Executive Virtual Assistant Experience (Non-Negotiable). ● Must have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Virtual Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives, entrepreneurs, or high-level projects.. ● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and maintain confidentiality.. ● Experience handling both administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.. ● Must be able to manage the education-related email, filter for priority items, and ensure timely responses.. ● Capable of scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and events with complete agendas and logistics.. ● Ability to identify and route guest bios, podcast materials, and movement-related communications to the correct stakeholders / teammates..
