Sr Accounting Analyst at Workana. Location: Fully Remote - LATAM. We’re seeking a seasoned accountant with a strong technical orientation and a continuous improvement mindset to streamline and scale our accounting operations. You’ll be at the heart of our finance team. This role will be central to daily accounting tasks, with an emphasis on accurate monthly closings, consolidation of financial statements across controlled entities and the parent company, and ensuring accounting compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Design and implement robust, scalable accounting processes. , incorporating simple automations (e.g., SQL, applied AI, advanced spreadsheet formulas, Zapier/N8N) to minimize errors and reduce manual effort. . . .
