The Account Manager will play a critical role within our Mobile Solutions team, focusing on driving growth and managing key client relationships within the mobile payments sector. This position involves working closely with clients to ensure successful activation and utilization of mobile payment solutions, enhancing the customer experience while achieving revenue targets. This role offers flexibility to be in Dallas, TX, South Florida, or Chicago. . As the Account Manager for Mobile Activations, you will:. . Manage and cultivate existing client relationships within the mobile activations domain, ensuring clients derive maximum benefit from Euronet’s mobile solutions.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the activation process, resolving any client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.. . Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client engagement, revenue growth, and overall satisfaction.. . Analyze client usage and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve client outcomes.. . Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance client offerings.. . Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to position Euronet’s solutions effectively in the market.. . Car allowance, cell phone, and laptop will be provided. . . . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.. . 3-5 years of experience in account management or client services within the financial technology or telecommunications industry.. . Strong understanding of mobile payment solutions and activation processes.. . Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively and drive customer satisfaction.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.. . Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive business insights.. . Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.. .
