Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications services. . Assist customers with inquiries related to products, billing, and service plans. . Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Coordinate with technical teams and other departments to resolve complex inquiries. . Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for service improvement. . Stay informed about industry trends and developments in telecommunications. . . Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills. . Excellent customer service capabilities with a proactive problem-solving approach. . Prior experience in customer service, particularly in telecommunications or related fields, is preferred. .
