Take full ownership of design projects, from discovery to final implementation, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.. . Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and co-create innovative solutions.. . Solve complex UX problems by delivering polished, accessible, and scalable designs.. . Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional partners, influencing product direction.. . Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and high quality across experiences.. . Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and research findings.. . Support a culture of design excellence by mentoring junior designers and sharing best practices.. . . . 2–4 years of experience designing for web and mobile platforms.. . Strong skills across interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.. . Systems thinker with experience designing for complex workflows and product ecosystems.. . Proficient in using research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions.. . Effective collaborator with experience working alongside PMs, engineers, and researchers.. .
