Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat. . Assist clients with questions regarding food delivery orders, service options, and promotions. . Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. . Work collaboratively with our delivery and logistics teams to resolve client issues. . Provide information about menu items, delivery times, and payment options. . Gather feedback from customers to enhance service and offerings. . Engage in training sessions to stay updated on our services and systems. . . Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal. . Prior experience in customer support, ideally in the food delivery or hospitality industry. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. .
