We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused . Sales Operations Support Representative. to join our sales team. The Sales Support Representative will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales efforts by providing operational support to our sales team and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. . This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM (Indonesia time).. Responsibilities. Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and exceptional customer service.. Handle incoming customer calls, addressing questions and assisting with enrollments when needed.. Prepare sales materials and documentation for new course launches.. Conduct sales conversations with customers to support the sales team during high-volume periods.. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems and relevant databases.. Identify and propose process optimization solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.. . Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.. . 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.. .
