Provide top-tier assistance to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.. . Interact with customers to understand their issues and provide prompt resolutions.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure effective tracking and follow-up.. . Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve more complex issues.. .
