We are seeking a licensed therapist to provide remote mental health care for clients throughout Kentucky. The day-to-day work includes conducting sessions, tracking progress, updating treatment plans, and helping clients build practical tools they can use outside of therapy. This is a strong fit for a clinician who wants a structured full-time schedule and a role centered on direct patient care.. Responsibilities:. Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients. Complete clinical intakes and establish treatment goals. Provide ongoing counseling based on each client’s needs and progress. Maintain clear, timely, and compliant documentation. Review symptoms, response to care, and next-step planning with clients. Identify when outside referrals or higher levels of care are needed. Protect confidentiality and follow telehealth best practices. Manage appointments and clinical responsibilities during standard work hours. Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Active Kentucky LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license in good standing. Previous mental health therapy experience preferred. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong clinical standards. Skilled in assessment, rapport building, and treatment documentation.
