Our client is seeking a Remote Sales/Operations Assistant to manage sales follow-up and order confirmations while supporting quotes, client communication, and the seamless handoff to design and production teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset who can ensure smooth operations and deliver an exceptional client experience.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage and track sales follow-ups to ensure timely client responses.. . Confirm and process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.. . Prepare and support quotes, ensuring clear and professional delivery to clients.. . Act as a main point of contact for client communication throughout the process.. . Coordinate smooth handoffs between sales, design, and production teams.. . Maintain organized records to support efficient operations and client satisfaction.. . . Proven experience in inbound sales support or client-facing roles.. . Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.. . Skilled in managing sales follow-ups, order confirmations, and quotes with accuracy and speed.. . Experience using CRM systems.. .
